David Dunning

ISP Teaching Fellow
Lecturer

Dr. Dunning is a historian of science, mathematics, and computing. He is particularly interested in the relationship between abstract knowledge and the cultural worlds that produce it. He explores this theme by studying things like methods of writing in the history of logic, and performances of gender in the history of math. Before joining ISP, Dr. Dunning was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Oxford.
